GO Letting Agents in Leeds specialise in letting and managing properties at City Island. Our office at Wellington Place is situated just 5 minute's walk away from the City Island development, leaving us ideally placed to respond quickly to client's needs.

We provide a fast, cost effective solution to renting out residential property and our three service options are set out below. We can provide Tenant Find or Fully Managed services to suit client's requirements.

To compliment our management services, we have also negotiated highly competitive rates for essential items such as Electrical Safety Checks, EPC's, Essential Building Work, Painting & Decoration, and One Off / Regular Cleaning.

Primarily, our tenants are working professionals though some are foreign or final year students.  All are fully vetted prior to acceptance, however we cannot be held responsible for tenants who default and we strongly recommend the use of a rental guarantee for complete peace of mind.

OPTION 1 - FULL LET & MANAGEMENT SERVICE

10% of the monthly rent + VAT each month, plus our standard Start-up costs (start-up costs from £195* +VAT)

OPTION 2 - COMPREHENSIVE TENANT PLACEMENT SERVICE

75% of the normal Monthly Rent (£395* minimum charge) +VAT
(payable at the start of a tenancy)

50% of the normal Monthly Rent (£295 minimum charge) +VAT
(payable at the start of a tenancy)

Our basic Tenant Find service for Property Professionals or Businesses who have their own arrangements for Rent Collection, Deposits, and day–to–day management

No Let – No Fee

* Where the property is furnished, there is an additional charge of £30 to cover increased inventory expense
